Patrick Mulvey
Patrick Mulvey is a lifelong New Hampshire resident. He graduated from California Western School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2006. At California Western, Attorney Mulvey was named a Kennedy Scholar for his academic achievements. During law school, Attorney Mulvey clerked for the judges at the Rockingham Superior Court in Brentwood, NH and spent time volunteering for California Western’s innocence project. Prior to attending law school, Attorney Mulvey received a B.A. in Law, Jurisprudence, & Social Thought from Amherst College in Amherst, MA.
Following law school, Attorney Mulvey accepted an associate position in the litigation department at the Manhattan-based law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP. While at Paul Weiss, Attorney Mulvey’s practiced in the area of securities litigation.
In November of 2008, Attorney Mulvey moved home to Portsmouth, NH to work at the law firm Mulvey Professional Association. Attorney Mulvey currently practices in all areas of civil litigation including: personal injury, insurance coverage and defense, automobile accidents, professional negligence, product liability, commercial and business litigation, and appellate litigation. In addition, Attorney Mulvey handles criminal defense cases. Attorney Mulvey is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, the New Hampshire Association for Justice, and the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice in every court in the State of New Hampshire.
