$92,500 Arbitration Award for Injuries Sustained in Car Accident

Plaintiff was driving his car in a westerly direction in the left travel lane on Amherst Street in Nashua, New Hampshire . His wife, and co-plaintiff, was the front-seat passenger in the vehicle. However, because the negligent driver was uninsured, plaintiffs had to look to their own insurance company and filed an uninsured motorist claim.
