Recently, the New Hampshire Supreme Court announced its decision in Brickley v. Progressive Northern Insurance Company. The decision was a favorable one for Mulvey Law's client!
In Brickley, Attorney Patrick Mulvey represented a client that was injured in an auto accident. Progressive Insurance attempted to deny coverage for this car accident based on an exclusion contained in the insurance policy.
However, after a careful review of the policy, Attorney Mulvey concluded that the exclusion relied upon by the insurance company did not apply and that his client was entitled to a recovery. In order to force Progressive to provide coverage, a lawsuit was filed.
